PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All USA orders are shipped to arrive within 5 days for standard shipping and 2 days for expedited shipping from the time they are shipped. These times are estimates only and actual time may change due to time of year and events outside our control. Rates are based on our special rates and are calculated in the shopping cart. All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax. Please contact info@dblydesign.com if you have any questions.

Please note that the time frames listed above only apply to the estimated time it will take for your order to arrive FROM THE DATE IT WAS SHIPPED by the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Processing time can take up to 5 days before it is shipped from their warehouse.

DELIVERY

In most cases, purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order, and usually within 1 or 2. Shipping times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and your location. In most cases, orders received by 12PM WST will be shipped out the same day. If you still have not received your order within the estimated time frame above, please notify info@dblydesign.com with your order information.

You will receive an email from info@dblydesign.com when your order has been confirmed and another once it has shipped.
