Welcome to http://dblydesign.com. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of http://dblydesign.com, and purchase of http://dblydesign.com products. Please note that your use of http://dblydesign.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.


GENERAL

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of http://dblydesign.com. Your use of http://dblydesign.com following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, http://dblydesign.com from time to time.


PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All USA orders are shipped to arrive within 5 days for standard shipping and 2 days for expedited shipping from the time they are shipped. These times are estimates only and actual time may change due to time of year and events outside our control. Rates are based on our special rates and are calculated in the shopping cart. All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax. Please contact info@dblydesign.com if you have any questions.

Please note that the time frames listed above only apply to the estimated time it will take for your order to arrive FROM THE DATE IT WAS SHIPPED by the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Processing time can take up to 5 days before it is shipped from their warehouse.


DELIVERY

In most cases, purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order, and usually within 1 or 2. Shipping times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and your location. In most cases, orders received by 12PM WST will be shipped out the same day. If you still have not received your order within the estimated time frame above, please notify info@dblydesign.com with your order information.

You will receive an email from info@dblydesign.com when your order has been confirmed and another once it has shipped.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on http://dblydesign.com, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

In the event an item is unavailable we will contact you via email and give you the option of changing the order or canceling it out of the system. We reserve the right to limit, for any given item, the quantity ordered per customer.


PRE-SALE ITEMS

Pre-sale items are charged at the time of purchase, not at time of shipping. Shipping dates noted on pre-sale items are estimates only and actual ship dates may change due to time of year, product availability, and other events out of our control. Shipping times vary depending on your chosen shipping method and your location.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order within 15 days from the date of purchase, simply send an email to info@dblydesign.com and request a return authorization number. In the email, please include your order number, found on your invoice. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of http://dblydesign.com. Return product must be in the original packing (i.e. poly bags or gift boxes).


Damaged Claims & Return shipping

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (i.e. we shipped you the wrong item or the item has a defect), please email info@dblydesign.com first (with your order number) so we can provide you an authorization number and a complete return instructions. 
Claims must be made within 15 days of the purchase date. 
Orders returned without an authorization number due to missed delivery, incorrect address entered by the customer, or delivery refused by customer will be refunded less the cost of shipping and any additional return shipping charges incurred by the http://dblydesign.com. If you would like your order re-shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. We will do our best to work with you in these cases.


Return processing

Please allow up to 1 week for us to process your return.


COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the http://dblydesign.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All suspect orders are subject to verification; this is done for your protection. Suspect orders will be held until verified.
